  Standard Service Descriptions:
  Mowing: Back to Top
  Includes weekly cutting and trimming of the lawn, and blowing off grass clippings from walkways, patios and drives.
 
  Spring Clean-Up: Back to Top
  Includes a complete raking of the lawn and cleaning leaves out of landscaped beds. The debris from the cleaning will be hauled away.
 
  Fall Clean-Up: Back to Top
  Includes cleaning leaves from lawn and landscaped beds. Cleaning of wooded other areas can also be arranged. The debris from the cleaning will be hauled away.

The service includes 2 separate visits, with the first toward the end of October. The second visit is normally 1-3 weeks after the first. Arranging for 3 or more leaf clean-up visits is also available.
 
  Fertilization: Back to Top
  Includes 5 serparate visits:
  1. Early Spring: Time-released dry granular fertilizer with a pre-emergent crabgrass control application.
  2. Spring: Broadleaf weed herbicide (liquid application)
  3. Summer: Time-released dry granular fertilizer and weed spot spraying as needed.
  4. Late Summer: Time-released dry granular fertilizer and weed spot spraying as needed.
  5. Fall: Time-released dry granular fertilizer and weed spot spraying as needed. Improver root growth.
 
  Aeration: Back to Top
 

Aeration relieves soil compaction and allows water, fertilizer and other nutrients to penetrate the soil more easily.

Includes mechanical removal of evenly-spaced, finger-sized soil plugs up to 3 inches in depth.

  • Plugs are left on turf to break down
  Dethatching: Back to Top
  Dethatching improves the availability of air and water to the existing lawn and encourages deeper root growth.

Includes a complete power raking to the lawn. The debris from the service will be hauled away.
 
  Snow Plowing: Back to Top
  Includes clearing of snow from drives and primary walkways. Salt application and the clearing of patios and other areas can be arranged. Choose between monthly or per time plowing.

Two Snow packages are available:
  • Standard Snow: Clear storms totaling 1.5 inches or more.
  • Ultimate Snow: Clear storms totaling 0.5 inches or more.

  Includes edging along sidewalks, driveways and curbs. One-time or three-time visits available.  
 
  Gutter Cleaning: Back to Top
  Includes cleaning leaves and sticks out of single story, two-story or higher gutters.  
 
  Shrub and Hedge Trimming: Back to Top
  Includes cutting back and maintaining landscaped plants' shape and size. Removal or relocation of plants is also available.  
 
  Mulch Installation: Back to Top
  Includes preparing existing or new mulch beds and installing mulch. A variety of highly recommended mulch types is available.

Speading mulch around trees and shrubs helps the soil retain much-needed moisture.

  Everything from patching small problem areas to replacing entire yards
 
  Lawn Renovation: Back to Top
  Everything from seeding small spots on your lawn to complete lawn renovation is available. We can discuss with you your specific needs and create a solution that will give your yard the best results.

  Includes preparing existing or new rock beds, removing of old rock as well installing new rock.
